Job summary

The Glove in Hyderabad, India is seeking skilled TIG Welder and Spot Welder to join our fabrication team. You will perform TIG welding for sheet metal and operate spot welding systems while ensuring quality and safety on the shop floor.

Applicants should have 3+ years of welding experience and ITI or Diploma qualification, with the ability to read drawings and understand dimensions. Knowledge of NADCAP basics and good attendance are valued attributes.

Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma with 3+ years welding experience.
• Proficiency in TIG and spot welding processes.
• Ability to read drawings and interpret dimensions.
• Knowledge of NADCAP basics.
• Good command of English for reading work instructions.

Responsibilities

• TIG welding of sheet metal parts on designated fixtures.
• Spot welding operations and setup as required.
• Weld parameter checks and visual quality inspections.
• Production reporting and data entry for daily outputs.
• Maintain shop-floor safety, attendance and discipline.
