Job summary

Gamma Technologies, a leading CAE solution provider, seeks a Website Technical Product Manager to drive a modern WordPress-based online presence from Pune. You will coordinate with external vendors to implement a global, multilingual site with secure integrations to Salesforce and marketing automation tools.

In this role, you will ensure GDPR compliance, accessibility per WCAG 2.1, and performance optimization across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of B2B WordPress website experience.
• Experience managing external vendors.
• Experience integrating websites with Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
• Knowledge of GDPR, data protection, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with localization, global SEO, analytics, and accessibility standards.
• Proficiency with cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.

What You Will Do

You will be key to building our online community, enabling marketing automation, and supporting a seamless user journey across devices and languages.

In this role, you will lead the evolution of our digital presence by overseeing the implementation of a new website in partnership with an external vendor. Post-launch, you will manage ongoing site updates, localization efforts, and community engagement to ensure the platform remains responsive, accessible, aligned with our brand, and compliant with all applicable global security regulations.

The ideal candidate is experienced with WordPress, skilled in integrating CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce and Hubspot, and committed to maintaining global security, privacy, and accessibility standards.

• Manage outside vendors to coordinate design, development, and ongoing management of our WordPress website
• Work with IT to develop and maintain our website’s integration with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot to support personalized user journeys and campaign tracking
• Develop and maintain secure, scalable, and user-friendly online community portals
• Implement localization functionality to support multi-language content, regional variations, and global accessibility
• Create seamless, responsive user experiences optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant privacy regulations through proper data handling and user consent mechanisms
• Apply state-of-the-art security protocols and follow WordPress security best practices, including routine audits, patch management, and access control
• Collaborate with marketing to improve SEO, UX, and conversion performance
• Track and analyze website performance using analytics tools and implement data-driven enhancements

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or similar professional degrees
• Minimum five (5) years of B2B professional experience designing and developing WordPress-based websites
• Proven ability to manage and collaborate with outside vendors
• Skilled in integrating websites with Salesforce and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.)
• Familiarity with content delivery networks (CDNs) and site performance optimization tools
• Track record of building gated content, forums, or member-based community areas
• Deep understanding of web security best practices, GDPR compliance, and data protection requirements
• Proficient with localization, international SEO, AI search engines, and regional UX considerations
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and A/B testing platforms
• Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1.
