• Manage end-to-end website projects, from planning through development, testing, and launch.

• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and delays.
• Coordinate with developers, content authors, designers, QA teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee QA and UAT to ensure website quality and requirements are met.
• Manage launch activities, readiness checks, approvals, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Track progress, communicate status updates, and resolve delivery challenges.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Website Project Manager to manage end-to-end website delivery, with a strong focus on Drupal, content authoring, project planning, and website launch management. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and dependencies, overseeing QA/UAT, and ensuring successful website delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end website projects, from initial planning through development, testing, and launch.
• Coordinate website content authoring, editing, publishing, and approval workflows using Drupal or similar CMS platforms.
• Develop project plans, track milestones, manage timelines, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and delays.
• Coordinate with developers, content authors, designers, QA teams, business stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams.
• Oversee Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure website quality and business requirements are met.
• Manage website launch activities, including readiness checks, approvals, deployment coordination, and post-launch support.
• Track project progress, communicate status updates, and resolve delivery challenges.
• Ensure website content follows the required quality standards and approval processes.
