At Evotix, we’re looking for a Website Performance Manager to lead the delivery of tailored EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) software solutions that transform how businesses operate.

About the Role

The Website Performance Manager is responsible for the overall health, performance, and effectiveness of Evotix.com. This role combines technical website ownership with growth-focused optimization. You will serve as the primary owner of our WordPress and Elementor environment while driving initiatives that improve user experience, conversion rates, website performance, and website contribution to pipeline generation. You will work closely with demand generation, digital marketing, product marketing, content, and design teams to ensure our website continuously evolves to meet business goals. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both technical execution and strategic problem-solving. One day you may be troubleshooting a plugin issue, the next analyzing conversion data in GA4, and the next building an experimentation roadmap to improve website performance. You will also play a key role in shaping how Evotix adapts to the future of search ensuring our website is positioned for both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered discovery experiences.

What You’ll Own

Website Ownership & Technical Operations

• Serve as the primary owner of Evotix.com and related web properties
• Own and prioritize the website roadmap, balancing technical health, user experience, conversion opportunities, AI optimization, and business priorities
• Manage our WordPress and Elementor environment
• Maintain website themes, plugins, integrations, and technical configurations
• Manage website hosting, security, uptime, backups, and technical performance
• Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate with external development resources when required
• Implement front-end enhancements using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress best practices
• Ensure website accessibility, responsiveness, and performance across devices
• Establish and maintain website governance, standards, and quality control processes

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

• Own the website experimentation and optimization roadmap
• Design, launch, and measure A/B tests and conversion experiments
• Analyze user behavior and visitor journeys to identify opportunities for improvement
• Optimize forms, landing pages, navigation, calls-to-action, and conversion paths
• Utilize heatmaps, session recordings, and behavioral analytics to improve website effectiveness
• Continuously improve website conversion rates and contribution to pipeline generation

Analytics & Performance

• Own website performance reporting and insights
• Utilize Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and other tools to identify optimization opportunities
• Monitor website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and user behavior
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and landing page effectiveness
• Develop actionable recommendations based on website data and user insights
• Partner with marketing stakeholders to ensure website decisions are informed by data

AI Optimization & Web Innovation

• Identify opportunities to improve visibility within AI-generated search experiences and large language model-driven discovery
• Evaluate emerging trends in search, AI assistants, and digital experiences to keep Evotix ahead of evolving best practices
• Identify and implement AI-powered workflows that improve website productivity, scalability, and delivery speed
• Explore opportunities to leverage AI for content operations, personalization, experimentation, reporting, and website management
• Help establish AI-assisted best practices across web and digital marketing initiatives
• Continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of website delivery

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 12 months, you will:

• Establish yourself as the technical owner of Evotix.com
• Improve website speed, stability, and technical performance
• Build and execute an ongoing experimentation and optimization program
• Deliver measurable improvements in website conversion performance
• Create a data-driven approach to website decision making and prioritization
• Develop and implement a practical AI Optimization strategy
• Introduce AI-powered workflows that improve delivery speed and operational efficiency
• Help increase the website's contribution to pipeline generation and business growth

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience managing and optimizing websites
• Strong hands-on experience with WordPress
• Strong experience working with Elementor
• Experience managing website hosting environments, website administration, and technical website operations
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress customization
• Experience implementing and managing website integrations
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
• Experience running A/B tests, experiments, and conversion optimization initiatives
• Strong understanding of website performance optimization and Core Web Vitals
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a B2B SaaS environment
• Understanding of structured content, schema markup, and content architectures that improve discoverability in AI-powered search environments
• Experience with heatmapping and user behavior tools such as Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity
• Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Demonstrated curiosity and experimentation with emerging AI technologies
• Experience managing external agencies, freelancers, or development partners
