Job Overview

We are looking for young enthusiastic candidates who have knowledge in development in WordPress and can design in Photoshop. Requirements are specified in the following points:

• Selected Candidate needs to work as a sole developer or work with other developers depending on the project.
• Selected Candidate needs to handle live projects from day 1.
• Some of our projects include Travel Portal, Airline Booking System, Hotel Booking system, eCommerce Portal, etc. We prefer candidates with knowledge in these fields.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Good working knowledge in WordPress is a must.
• Designing banners and other graphics in Photoshop.
• Proficient in HTML with a strong command.
• Knowledge of CSS is a plus.
• Good understanding and knowledge of Plugins, Themes, and integration.
• Working experience in SEO Plugins is an added advantage.

Qualification

• Graduate in any stream is preferred but not mandatory.

Age Limit

20-34 Years of Age. Freshers allowed.

Bond & Notice Period

Candidates may need to sign an NDA, Notice Period is 60 Days.

Renumeration

• For Fresher candidates, monthly ₹7,000-10,000 (Salary at Hand) based on skill.
• For Experienced candidates, monthly ₹12,000-18,000 (Salary at Hand) based on skill & experience.
• Candidates will be evaluated every 6 months for appraisal.
• Performance bonus of ₹1,000 to ₹2,000 if he/she performs exceptionally well.
• Employee of the Month may receive an extra cash bonus of ₹1,000.

Other Benefits

12 Casual Leaves per year with prior approval unless for medical reasons, holidays on every Sunday and Central Govt. mandatory holidays.
