Job summary

Tamatar Talent is seeking an expert Webflow Developer to own our web presence. You will build, test, and scale multiple high-converting landing pages for AI courses in collaboration with the design team.

Translate Figma designs to responsive Webflow pages, implement premium animations, and ensure fast performance across devices. You will also manage the main site, build scalable CMS structures for courses and blogs, and integrate tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, and analytics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of web development with a heavy focus on Webflow.
• Deep expertise in Webflow CMS, interactions, e-commerce, and advanced layouts.
• Experience with Client-First (Finsweet) to ensure clean, scalable code.
• Knowledge of GSAP, Lottie, and Spline for advanced web animations.

• Strong understanding of semantic HTML, meta tags, and image optimization.

The Role

We are looking for an expert-level, highly reliable Webflow Developer to take absolute ownership of our web presence. You will be responsible for managing our core website and rapidly building, testing, and scaling multiple high-converting landing pages for our various AI courses. You will work closely with our design team to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, highly responsive, and interactive Webflow pages. If you can build fast, code clean, and make pages feel incredibly smooth with the right animations, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Volume Landing Page Creation: Rapidly develop, launch, and maintain multiple landing pages for different AI courses, ensuring they are optimised for conversion and speed.
• Pixel-Perfect Translation: Take UI/UX designs from Figma and translate them into flawless, fully functioning Webflow pages without losing design fidelity.
• Advanced Animations: Implement smooth, performant web animations and micro-interactions (using Webflow Interactions 2.0, GSAP, Lottie, etc.) to make the user experience premium and engaging.
• Website Management & Architecture: Manage the overall health, structure, and performance of the main company website. Build and maintain scalable Webflow CMS structures for courses, blogs, and dynamic content.
• Custom Code & Integrations: Write clean, custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when Webflow’s native tools aren't enough. Integrate third-party APIs, CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), automation tools (Zapier, Make), and analytics tracking (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel).
• SEO & Performance Optimisation: Ensure all pages are technically optimised for search engines, load at lightning speed, and pass Core Web Vitals across all devices.
• High-Ownership Execution: Take projects from hand-off to deployment independently. Test rigorously across browsers and devices to ensure zero-bug launches.

Required Skills & Qualifications

We expect a robust technical foundation that goes beyond basic drag-and-drop building:

• Experience: 3+ years of dedicated web development experience with a heavy focus on Webflow. (A strong portfolio of live, complex Webflow sites is mandatory).
• Webflow Mastery: Deep expertise in Webflow CMS, interactions, e-commerce, and advanced layout techniques (Flexbox, CSS Grid).
• Frameworks: Strong knowledge of scalable Webflow build frameworks like Client-First (Finsweet) to ensure code is clean and scalable.
• Animation Prowess: Experience with advanced animation libraries like GSAP, Lottie, and Spline (for 3D web elements) is highly preferred.
• Design Tool Proficiency: High proficiency in navigating Figma to extract assets, spacing, and CSS properties accurately.
• Technical SEO: Deep understanding of semantic HTML, meta tags, schema markup, and image optimisation (WebP, lazy loading).
• Reliability & Speed: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on aggressive timelines.
