Job summary

Crop.photo by Evolphin is seeking a skilled Webflow Developer to craft responsive, pixel-perfect websites and landing pages for an AI-driven startup. You will collaborate with growth and product teams to optimize conversions, SEO, and integrations, while supporting rapid page deployments in a fully remote role based in India.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of Webflow, Javascript, and GSAP experience, strong HTML/CSS skills, and a track record with SEO tools, CRO, and AI API integrations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on Webflow experience (certified preferred).
• 4+ years Javascript experience and 2+ years of React.
• 2+ years of GSAP animation experience.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Webflow Logic/CMS.
• Experience with SEO tools (Semrush/Google Analytics), integrations (Zapier/HubSpot), and design tools (Figma).
• Strong understanding of responsive design, performance optimization, and CRO best practices.
• AI API Integration: Proven experience implementing and managing integrations with AI models like ChatGPT/OpenAI in web applications.
• Technical Optimization: Understanding how to optimize AI API calls, including caching and latency considerations.
• Cloud Exposure: Basic exposure to AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Responsibilities

• Design and build dynamic Webflow sites, including landing pages, blogs, and client portals using Webflow's CMS and animations
• Integrate third-party tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Zapier, and custom JavaScript for enhanced functionality
• Optimize sites for SEO, speed, and mobile responsiveness using Semrush and Google tools
• Collaborate on A/B tests and CRO experiments to boost user engagement
• Troubleshoot and maintain sites with HTML/CSS/JS tweaks and Figma handoffs
• Support marketing campaigns with rapid page deployments
• Integrate AI Capabilities: Connect Webflow projects with LLM APIs (OpenAI/ChatGPT) to build dynamic AI-powered user experiences
• API Optimization: Architect AI workflows to optimize latency, token consumption, and cost-efficiency
• Component Development: Understanding of Storybook for building, testing, and documenting UI components in isolation is a plus

• Integrate third-party tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Zapier, and custom JavaScript for enhanced functionality
• Optimize sites for SEO, speed, and mobile responsiveness using Semrush and Google tools
