AfterQuery is seeking experienced software engineers to help train and evaluate AI models. This remote, project-based role offers pay between $50 and $100 per hour, with asynchronous, flexible scheduling across projects.

You'll complete software engineering tasks for AI training and evaluation, review code and model outputs, and deliver well-documented work independently. Open to candidates with 2+ years real-world experience and strong programming fundamentals.
