AfterQuery is seeking experienced software engineers to help train and evaluate AI models. This is a remote, project-based role with a single assessment to qualify and ongoing project matches across code review, evaluation, and original task creation.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of real-world software engineering experience and a solid grounding in at least one major programming language. The work is fully remote, flexible, and independent, with compensation ranging from $50 to $100
