Job summary

BMW Techworks India seeks a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with GenAI & Knowledge Systems expertise to build intelligent, scalable web applications powered by Large Language Models. The role emphasizes end-to-end development, knowledge bases, and AI guardrails to ensure safe AI solutions.

You will work with React, Node.js, MongoDB, Python, and cloud platforms, designing RAG pipelines and AI-driven architectures. Bengaluru-based role, on-site collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in full stack web development.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI / LLM-based applications.
• Strong proficiency in React, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.
• High proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face).
• Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.).
• Proven experience in building and managing knowledge bases / enterprise search systems.
• Experience with Knowledge Graph design and implementation.
• Familiarity with AI safety, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities
