Job summary

VisaPro Services Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad invites a Web Analytics Analyst to translate website data into actionable insights.

You will build dashboards using Google Analytics, CoreMetrics, Omniture and WebTrends, run segmentation and click-path analyses, and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve conversions. You will collaborate with SEO and analytics partners in the US, monitor KPI trends, prepare global usage reports, and focus on multiple websites to support decision making with

• Experience in Web Analytics domain with knowledge of latest industry trends.
• Strong analytics skills to provide valuable insights and business recommendations.
• Knowledge of analysis tools such as Google Analytics, CoreMetrics, Omniture, WebTrends, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide actionable recommendations based on building data dashboards and analyses.
• Partner with SEO and web analytics vendors in the US to ensure proper implementation and optimization.
• Identify, measure and monitor KPIs and present data-driven recommendations.
• Evaluate online traffic trends and provide optimization recommendations to improve website success.
• Prepare reports from the analysis of global website usage and trends.
• Identify traffic trends by channel and opportunities to improve site conversion.
• Support multiple websites and facets of the decision-making platform (outcome, search, testing analyses).
• Interpret data and provide conclusions that drive business impact.

Web Analytics, Google Analytics Analyst (Code: IN130)

• Provide actionable recommendations based on building data dashboards (leveraging Google Analytics, CoreMetrics, Omniture, WebTrends, etc.), running segmentation analyses, click path analyses, and customer analyses
• Partner with SEO and web analytics vendors in the US to ensure proper implementation and ongoing optimization
• Identify, measure and monitor key performance indicators and present data-driven recommendations
• Evaluate online traffic trends and provide optimization recommendations to improve the website success
• Prepare reports from the analysis of our global websites usage and trends
• Identify traffic trends by channel, abandonment issues and opportunities for improving site conversion rates
• Focus on multiple websites and support all facets of the decision making platform (outcome analysis, search analysis, and testing analysis)
• Interpret data and provide conclusions that will bring positive business impact
