Job summary

V Konnect in Lucknow seeks a senior banking professional to manage HNI/NRI client relationships and drive Liabilities & Investment growth. You will deepen wallet share by offering suitable financial solutions and delivering exceptional service.

You will identify opportunities, meet sales targets across investments, retail assets, and related products, and provide financial planning and advisory support to high-net-worth clients to generate fee income.

Responsibilities

• Manages the banking and investments relationship of bank clients and growth of Liabilities & Investment business from HNI/NRI/UHNI segments.
• Develops, manages, and expands bank customer relationships by service exceeding client expectations.
• Identifies current and potential relationships with revenue potential and grows the business.
• Completes sales targets across investments, liabilities, retail assets, business banking, forex, cards, etc.
• Proactively sell full range of consumer and commercial products to HNI/NRI relationships.
• Drives higher product/channel penetration to deepen relationships and wallet share.
• Ensures portfolio quality by regular engagement with each mapped relationship.
• Financial planning and investment advisory to HNI/NRI clients.
• Drives revenue to generate fee income through mutual funds, investments and insurance.

• Manages the banking and investments relationship of bank clients and responsible for overall growth of Liabilities & Investment business from HNI/NRI/UHNI segment.
• Develops, manages, and expands bank customer relationships by providing service level which exceeds client expectations of most important customer segment..
• Identifies current and potential relationship with additional revenue potential and grow business.
• Completes sales targets spread across investments, liabilities, retail assets, business banking, forex, cards, etc.
• Proactively sell the full range of consumer and commercial product to current and potential bank HNI/NRI Relationships.
• Drives higher product and channel penetration to deepen mapped relationships and to increase wallet share with Bank.
• Ensures portfolio quality by regularly engaging with each mapped relationship and maintaining the desired relationship values.
• Financial Planning and Investment Advisory to HNI/NRI clients through careful analysis and identification of customer needs and accordingly proposing appropriate products.
• Drives revenue business to generate fee income through products like mutual funds, investments and insurance.
