Leading Financial Services Inc in Uttar Pradesh is seeking a Wealth Relationship Manager to oversee a team of sales executives and drive growth in wealth products. You will acquire HNI and retail clients, build client AUM, and provide strategic financial planning across mutual funds, FDs, life insurance, bonds, PMS, and AIF.
The role emphasizes client-first advisory, portfolio reviews, and revenue targets within a dynamic financial services environment.
You will be responsible for acquiring HNI/Retail clients and advising them on a core suite of financial products: Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, Life Insurance, Bonds, PMS & AIF, etc. This is a high-impact role blending relationship management with strategic financial planning.
Handling a team of Sales executives / Relationship Officers and planning and achieving Sales Targets for Wealth Management products through the team by motivating, Inspiring and providing guidance to the team to keep the performance levels high. The role will involve acquisition of new clients and building own AUM & Portfolio which will be managed by RM.
Responsible for creation a client base in new Private Wealth / HNI Clients / Corporate clients by interacting & developing rapport with all external/internal constituents of client at all levels; for maximum client retention & achievement of revenues
Recruiting, training and ensuring seamless induction to the newly joined team members and managing attrition within the team
Balanced Advisory: Pitch the "Core Four"-FDs for safety, Bonds for yield, Mutual Funds for growth, and Insurance for protection.
Portfolio Health: Conduct periodic reviews to ensure client portfolios stay aligned with their life goals.
Revenue Growth: Meet AUM and insurance premium targets through ethical, transparent selling.
To ensure achievement of business and revenue targets attributed for the company
Conduct performance reviews for effective monitoring and measuring of results.
Minimum Qualification: Qualifications: MBA/PGDM in Finance from a recognized University / College
Experience: 7-10 years in Wealth Management, Banking, or Insurance Sales.
Credentials: NISM (VA) and IRDAI certifications are highly preferred.
Skills: Strong understanding of debt markets, tax-saving instruments, and equity mutual funds.
Mindset: A "client-first" attitude with a hunger for business development.
Should have experience in handling teams in banks/Private Wealth/ Broking
