Job summary

Stable Money, India's leading fixed investment platform, seeks a high-performance client acquisition specialist in Mysuru to own end-to-end acquisition, closure and client relationships with high-net-worth retail clients. You will drive investments in Fixed Deposits, Bonds and Mutual Funds within ₹5-10 lakhs and build a robust sales pipeline using CRM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of client acquisition experience in banks, NBFCs, securities firms, or liability-based products.
• Strong track record of customer acquisition, relationship management & sales closure.
• Must carry rich customer contacts and active networks.
• Familiar with sales rigor, process orientation & CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard high-net-worth retail clients using prior industry connects and networking.
• Drive investments in Fixed Deposits, Bonds, and Mutual Funds in the range of ₹5-10 lakhs.
• Build and maintain strong sales pipelines using CRM and structured sales processes.
• Negotiate and close deals independently with minimal support.
• Leverage personal relationships to acquire customers.
• Ensure accurate MIS tracking, compliance adherence, and timely closures.
• Meet and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly targets.
• Work under target pressure with a high ownership and growth mindset.
