Job summary

Mfins Pvt Ltd in Pune and Dombivli, Thane, is seeking a Wealth Manager for a full-time, on-site role. You will meet clients to understand goals and risk profiles, and recommend mutual funds, insurance, and other investment avenues.

You will prepare and review investments, monitor portfolios, conduct periodic reviews, rebalance when needed, educate clients on options, ensure regulatory compliance, and support client acquisition and retention through proactive relationship management.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in financial services.
• Ability to design and explain goal-based financial avenues.
• Knowledge of health and other insurance products based on client needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for long-term relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet revenue targets.
• Preferred certifications such as NISM/AMFI and wealth management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business or related field is beneficial.

Role Description

The Wealth Manager is a full-time, on-site business development role based in Pune & Dombivli, Thane. The role involves client acquisition and meeting clients to understand their financial goals, risk profile, and time horizons, and recommending suitable mutual funds, insurance products, and other investment avenues. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing investmens, monitoring client portfolios, conducting periodic reviews, and sharing performance updates and rebalancing recommendations. The Wealth Manager will also educate clients on investment options, ensure regulatory and documentation compliance, and support client acquisition and retention through proactive relationship management and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience of 2 years minimum and maximum 5 years
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Services and Finance to design and explain comprehensive, goal-based financial avenues.
• Candidates should possess relevant Insurance knowledge to recommend appropriate health and other insurance products based on client needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts, and meet defined business and revenue targets.
• Relevant certifications (such as NISM or AMFI-related qualifications) and prior experience in wealth management, mutual funds, or financial advisory are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
