Job summary

Morgan Stanley, a global financial services leader, seeks a Director in the Legal and Compliance division to oversee risk-based compliance reviews across Wealth Management including E*TRADE. You will guide test planning, execution, and reporting, maintaining detailed documentation and escalating issues as needed.

You will interact with diverse teams, lead walkthroughs, and ensure remediation is completed in line with global monitoring standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher required.

Responsibilities

• Draft test reports with clear findings and communicate results to leadership.
• Track remediation actions and verify implementation of corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Business, Compliance, Legal and Risk groups.

We're seeking someone to join our team as an Director in the Legal and Compliance division.In the Legal & Compliance division, we assist the Firm in achieving its business objectives by facilitating and overseeing the Firm's management of legal, regulatory and franchise risk. This is a Director level position within the Oversight, Monitoring and Testing for The Compliance Testing team, this team is responsible for executing risk-based compliance reviews across Wealth Management businesses, including E*TRADE.
