Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a senior leader to build and scale a B2B wealth business, reporting to the CEO/MD. The role targets corporates, institutions, family offices, and channel partners, not direct retail clients.

The candidate will own the B2B wealth roadmap, P&L, and partner-driven AUM/AUA expansion, while building a high-performing team of Relationship and Channel Managers. Travel to the branch network is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated B2B or partner-distribution build with AUM/revenue growth
• Travel to branch network expected
• MBA/PGDM in Finance or CFA/CFP preferred (not mandatory)
• NISM certifications as applicable

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the B2B wealth roadmap; own the P&L including revenue growth, partner-driven AUM/AUA expansion and cost management
• Lead and mentor a team of Relationship Managers and Partner/Channel Managers
• Drive acquisition and deepening with corporates, institutions, family offices and intermediaries
• Oversee design and delivery of investment solutions for partner distribution
• Ensure onboarding, advisory processes and portfolio recommendations comply with SEBI and risk frameworks

Job description

A listed stock broking and wealth management company is hiring a senior leader to build and scale its wealth business on a B2B model, reporting to the CEO / Managing Director. Important: this is a B2B charter - corporates, institutions, family offices and channel partners (IFAs, distributors, sub-brokers, RIAs) - NOT direct retail clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and execute the B2B wealth roadmap; own the P&L including revenue growth, partner-driven AUM / AUA expansion and cost management
• Build, mentor and lead a team of Relationship Managers and Partner / Channel Managers
• Drive acquisition and deepening with corporates, institutions, family offices and intermediaries
• Oversee design and delivery of investment solutions - mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, structured products, bonds and equities - packaged for partner distribution
• Ensure partner onboarding, advisory processes and portfolio recommendations comply with SEBI regulation and internal risk frameworks

Must have:

• A demonstrated B2B or partner-distribution build with partner AUM growth, revenue growth and team leadership, plus an existing network of corporates, institutions and intermediaries.
• The role involves travel to the branch network.
• MBA / PGDM in Finance, or CFA / CFP or equivalent professional certification preferred (not mandatory).
• Relevant NISM certifications as applicable.
