Job summary

Qualifications

• 25 years of experience in housekeeping preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleaning schedules and SOPs are followed properly.

• Monitor availability and proper use of cleaning materials, chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain housekeeping checklists, attendance records and daily reports.
• Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety and proper chemical usage.
• Coordinate with the Facility Manager and client representatives.
• Handle housekeeping complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, grooming and performance.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with workplace safety procedures.
