Role & responsibilities:

The Gen AI Architect will be part of the GENAI Digital Commerce Team, responsible for defining the architecture, strategy, and governance of AI-powered solutions across eCommerce and digital platforms. This role will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Gen AI solutions, leveraging Large and Small Language Models (LLMs) and AI services such as OpenAI, Claude, Grok, Gemini, Perplexity, ElevenLabs, and Ollama. The architect will collaborate closely with engineering teams, data scientists, and other stakeholders to

deliver scalable, secure & high-performance AI systems.

Gen AI Architect Short Requirement

• 8+ years overall software engineering; 4+ years in AI/ML/Gen AI.
• Strong hands-on Python coding and code review.
• Experience designing HLD / architecture block diagrams and enterprise AI solutions.
• Hands-on with Gen AI/LLMs: OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Ollama, etc.
• Experience with RAG, Agentic AI, LangChain/LangGraph, and MCP is preferred.
• Knowledge of TensorFlow/PyTorch/Scikit-learn/Keras.
• Strong MLOps, DevOps, CI/CD and AWS/Azure/GCP experience.
• Must be able to code, mentor developers, and conduct technical walkthroughs.
• eCommerce / Digital Commerce / Digital Banking experience preferred.
• Location: Mumbai / Bengaluru.
