- The Delivery Head position calls for dynamic and aggressive individuals who would be engaged with our esteemed clients for developing and maintaining relationships with the client's leadership group, continuously looking for opportunities in those accounts, conceptualizing and bouncing off Operations solutions customized to the opportunities, help the ED/ Partner by developing and driving consulting, delivery solutions, and proposals and lead the delivery teams during the engagement for delivering the value promised to our clients.
- The person should have a good Salesforce CRM background with a focus on revenue growth with account mining and through new logos.
- The person would be the face of Account Engagement to the client from Warpdrive Salesforce Practice and help the Partner / ED grow and sustain business in India.

Develop and maintain business relationships with our clients/ targets and develop new Clients.
Look for opportunities in our existing/ potential accounts and engage with the client leadership team on a regular basis to create a larger share of mind for driving business.
Manage clients' expectations - building & sustaining long term healthy relationships with the clients.
Create new opportunities in the market - propagate Warpdrive brand, stay informed and aware about the competition.
Manage end-to-end project delivery & economics - take responsibility for all dimensions of the project delivery.
Contribute to thought leadership - learn and innovate continuously to enrich the services and offerings of Operations consulting, participate in seminars conducted by Industry bodies, research, and development of thought capital.
Expertise And Skills:
Extensive leadership experience in contract, finance, delivery, quality, and stakeholder management while managing large- and complex IT delivery (Transformation and Operations) in highly dynamic environments.
Rich experience in managing large Salesforce Implementations. Good Understanding of the Salesforce CRM technology stack.
Managing P&L, Delivery, Contract, and Compliance with excellent CSAT for large accounts across multiple geographies.
Strong understanding of Business Processes and diverse Technologies which helps me to lead a large SFDC practice covering SFDC and other leading CRM technologies. (SFDC Practice Area Head).
Strong experience in managing Multi location, Global transition for Complex IT Delivery AMS, in-flight programs for global clients contracts as per defined timelines and processes.
Experience in establishing and implementing Digital transformation and Innovation solutions (Cloud, Analytics, IoT, and Automation) with expected business results.
Involvement in defining strategy and roadmap and managing complex Product Development Cycles for Products from Multiple Industries.
Responsible for Business Critical Service Delivery with 24x7 support using the GD Model and tools and frameworks.
Manage delivery with best practices of Delivery Excellence, Metrics, and Security Compliance with related Audits.
