Ltd., you will be responsible for maintaining inventory, overseeing the dispatch and quality of goods, and preparing inventory reports. This role is full-time, involves working six days a week with day shifts, and is open to female candidates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment for Flipkart India Pvt. Ltd.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely updating of stock levels and reports at Flipkart India Pvt. Ltd.
• Inspect and manage the quality of goods received and dispatched from the warehouse to ensure they meet company standards.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to schedule shipments and manage the dispatch process efficiently at Flipkart India Pvt. Ltd.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures, including proper handling of goods and use of warehouse equipment.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies for Flipkart India Pvt. Ltd.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
• Handle any issues or discrepancies related to inventory or warehouse operations promptly and effectively.
• Implement and improve operational procedures to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of warehouse activities at Flipkart India Pvt. Ltd.
• Collaborate with other departments to align warehouse operations with overall company goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Graduate and above qualification is required for the Warehouse Supervisor position at Flipkart India Pvt. Ltd.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, with a proven track record in a similar role.
