Job summary

Limagrain HM.CLAUSE seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee seed and non-seed handling from reception to dispatch, ensuring zero deviations and high service levels.

You will lead Reception, Inventory, Dispatch, QA and Plant QC teams, drive safety and quality culture, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Strong leadership and inventory control expertise are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Reception, Inventory, Dispatch, Sales return, bulking, Non-Seed and Plant QC activities.
• Ensure on-time dispatch with zero deviations and optimal service levels.
• Drive safety and quality culture; support continuous improvement programs (5S, Lean, Kaizens).
• Develop objectives for team members and monitor progress toward annual goals.
• Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities and cycle/blind counts.
• Liaise with transport vendors and authorities to align plant operations.

Warehouse Manager has oversight for all Seed as well as Non-Seed handling from Reception to Dispatch ensuring operational excellence by managing physical Seed inventory vs system with zero deviations and additional responsibility of Plant QC and also Responsible for organizing deliveries, storage and dispatches of goods within the Warehouse or Distribution center or to the direct Customer.

1.Provides overall direction to the Reception, Inventory, Dispatch, Sales return , bulking , Non-Seed and Plant QC team and implements strategy in collaboration with the Plant Head.

2.Responsible for Service Level Agreement targets for the Reception as well as On time dispatch with Zero deviations.

3.Accountable, Represents and contribute to the site’s involvement to improve the Overall safety as well as Quality culture and drive the initiatives and objectives to ensure worker safety.

5.Develop objectives and plans for team associates and track performance to annual goals.6. Support areas across the plant in driving the adoption of continuous improvement practices and programs (5S, Lean, Kaizens, SIM, Gemba walk & CRP (Critical Risk Programme).

6. Stock Taking : Cycle count twice in year for both Seed and Non-Seed. Also, Blind count on monthly basis.

7. Records: Keeping detailed records of warehouse activities

8. Supervising Daily Warehouse activities, including Quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and support Customer service team for ensuring the right qty to right Customer with on time.

9.Liaising: Liaising with transport companies and Government authorities with alignment of plant manager and Legal team.
