RentoMojo is seeking an Operations Executive to oversee daily logistics operations and warehouse activities. You will manage inventory, ensure timely order processing, and coordinate with drivers, internal teams and customers to maintain smooth operations and quality assurance.

The role requires strong attention to detail, leadership of warehouse staff, and the ability to generate MIS reports to support decision-making and improve service levels.

• Monitoring daily warehouse activities, stock counts, and audits.
• Generating MIS reports, maintaining system entries and related documents.
• Managing warehouse staff including helpers, technicians, tailors and carpenters.
• Attendance and weekly off management for employees.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations, ensuring timely order processing, inventory management, quality control, and coordination with internal teams, drivers, and customers. You will play a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations, managing staff schedules, and generating operational reports to support decision-making. This position is crucial in delivering a seamless customer experience through operational excellence.

• Managing proper storage, dispatch, and receiving of stocks at the warehouse
