Job Summary

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our team at RentoMojo. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations, ensuring timely order processing, inventory management, quality control, and coordination with internal teams, drivers, and customers. You will play a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations, managing staff schedules, and generating operational reports to support decision‑making. This position is crucial in delivering a seamless customer experience through operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing daily orders and ensuring timely dispatch
• Managing proper storage, dispatch, and receiving of stocks at the warehouse
• Quality control management and coordination with third‑party service providers for repair and replacement
• Handling damaged stocks, repairs, scrapped items, and accessories
