Job summary

DMW CNC Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounts & Finance professional to lead end-to-end export accounting operations, manage GST/TDS compliance and ensure timely book closure. The role requires strong analytical skills and coordination with banks, auditors and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in manufacturing/export accounting, proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems, and the ability to monitor cash flow, prepare MIS, and drive working capital improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Strong experience in manufacturing / export accounting.
• Good understanding of export-related financial transactions and compliance.
• Ability to independently monitor and manage accounting operations.
• Strong analytical, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end accounting operations of the Export Division.
• Monitor day-to-day financial transactions and book closure.
• Manage export accounting, receivables, payables and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and applicable statutory requirements.
• Monitor export documentation, collections and foreign currency transactions.
• Prepare MIS, financial reports and variance analysis for management.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital of the division.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants and internal teams.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance and timely resolution of accounting issues.
