Job summary

Hexaware Technologies in Chennai is seeking Executive & Sr Executive (Domestic Voice Process) to handle high-quality customer calls in a multilingual environment. Freshers to 4 years of experience are welcome, with emphasis on clear spoken and written communication and accurate information delivery.

Immediate joiners are required; shifts are rotational and working five days a week from office. Attendees will participate in HR, operations, and client interviews as part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Freshers to 4 years of Experience in Outbound and Inbound calls with excellent communication.
• Candidate should be strong in communication (grammar, sentence construction and pronunciation).
• Only Immediate joiners.
• Should be able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech.
• Should be comfortable working for 5 days with 2 days rotational offs.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts

Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound calls with professional communication.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
• Maintain quality and adherence to processes during calls.
