Job summary

VMAX India is seeking a UI/UX Designer with strong UI skills to design internal portals, dashboards, and workflow-based applications. You will craft interfaces with Figma, emphasizing layout, visual hierarchy, and responsive design for enterprise projects.

Candidates should have 3-4 years of UI/UX design experience and a standout portfolio. You will collaborate with BAs and developers, create quick prototypes, and contribute to data-heavy web apps and mobile screens while applying design systems

Qualifications

Hiring UI/UX Designer We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with strong UI skills and practical experience in designing Internal portals, dashboards, and workflow-based applications. Requirements

• Good experience in Figma
• Strong UI design, layout, and visual hierarchy understanding
• Experience designing:
• Admin portals
• Dashboards
• Data-heavy web applications
• Mobile app screens
• Good UX thinking and screen structuring skills
• Must be comfortable working mostly on Government / enterprise projects
• Ability to understand BRD/client requirements independently
• Experience using AI tools for:
• Layout explorations
• Design iterations
• Faster UI workflow and idea generation
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop is required
• Understanding of responsive design and design systems

Preferred Experience

• Experience working on real-time client projects.
• Ability to create quick prototypes and design flows
• Experience in enterprise/SaaS product design
• Ability to understand BRD/requirement documents independently
• Good communication and collaboration skills with BAs, developers, and stakeholders

Qualification

• 3-4 years of experience in UI/UX Design
