The candidate will create engaging copy in English and Hindi, craft creative captions, and stay ahead of trends to deliver compelling social campaigns for diverse clients, including QSR, retail, and corporate brands.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of proven experience managing brand handles or executing social media campaigns (agency background a big plus).
• Excellent copywriting in English and Hindi.
• Basic knowledge of visual aesthetics and design tools such as Canva.

Responsabilités

• Social Media Management: Plan, execute, and manage social media calendars for agency clients.
• Content Writing: Write captions, hooks, website copy, and ad scripts aligned with brand voices.
• Reels & Trend Research: Track trends, memes, and audio formats to brainstorm reels ideas.
• Campaign Execution: Coordinate with design and development teams for smooth rollout of campaigns.

Role & Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Plan, execute, and manage social media calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) for agency clients (including QSR, retail, and corporate brands).
• Content Writing: Write catchy captions, engaging hooks, website copy, ad scripts, and creative copy aligned with brand voices.
• Reels & Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, meme culture, and audio formats to brainstorm creative reel concepts.
• Campaign Execution: Coordinate with the design and development team to ensure smooth rollout of social campaigns and promotional posts.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track engagement metrics, reach, and performance insights to optimize future content strategies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience: 0 to 2 years of proven experience managing brand handles or executing social media campaigns (agency background is a big plus).
• Skills: Excellent command of English and Hindi copywriting, storytelling, and basic knowledge of visual aesthetics (Canva or basic tools).
