Job summary

The role requires 7–12 years of experience, strong SQL/Python/Scala, and cloud experience; you will partner with architects and clients to drive performance, governance, and data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of data engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on Snowflake experience (modeling, performance, SnowSQL).
• Proficiency in Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, notebooks).
• Solid SQL, Python, and/or Scala skills.
• Cloud platforms experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes using Snowflake and Databricks.
• Collaborate with data architects, analysts and client stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Optimize data workflows for performance, scalability and cost in cloud environments.
• Support data migration from legacy systems to modern cloud platforms.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data models and processes.
