Job summary

Hexaware Technologies Limited seeks a data engineer in Mumbai to design and build scalable data pipelines using Snowflake and Databricks. You will collaborate with architects, analysts, and clients to understand data needs while delivering robust solutions and ensuring security and governance.

The role requires hands-on Snowflake and Databricks experience, SQL, Python/Scala, and cloud platform knowledge (AWS/Azure/GCP). You will contribute to data quality, migration projects, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ComputerScience, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in dataengineering or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience withSnowflake (data modeling, performance tuning, SnowSQL, etc.).
• Proficiency with Databricks(Spark, Delta Lake, notebooks, ML pipelines).
• Solid understanding of SQL,Python, and/or Scala.
• Experience with cloud platforms(AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CDpipelines and version control (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving andcommunication skills.
