Job summary

Sri Guru Harkrishan Sahib Charitable Eye Hospital Trust in Mohali, Punjab, is seeking a Senior Resident in Pediatrics to provide high-quality care to NICU and PICU patients, including newborns and children.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of experience as a Senior Resident or equivalent role in Pediatrics or related field (NICU/PICU).

• Conduct daily rounds, assess patient progress, and update medical records accurately and timely.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and reduce morbidity rates.
• Maintain effective communication with families by providing emotional support and educating them on patient management.
