Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Bengaluru seeks an Electrical Routing Engineer to develop 3D cable routing and harness designs using Siemens NX, ensuring compliant packaging, and creating harness flatten drawings. The role involves EMI/EMC and thermal performance considerations and close collaboration with electrical and mechanical teams.

You will update designs and documentation based on feedback, leveraging strong communication and cross-functional teamwork to deliver robust packaging solutions.

Qualifications

• B.E. Electrical engineering degree required.
• Experience in routing and harness design preferred.
• Knowledge of EMI/EMC, thermal performance and durability.

• Ensure proper routing, clamping, and bundling within packaging constraints.
• Create Harness flatten drawings.
• Design for EMI/EMC compliance, thermal performance, and durability.
• Collaborate with Electrical engineering teams for inputs and Mechanical teams for packaging integration.
• Update designs and documentation based on feedback.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Siemens NX (Electrical Routing).
• Experience in Teamcenter (preferred).
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration.
