Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Mumbai invites an experienced Salesforce professional to join our Field Service Lightning team. You will design and implement FSL solutions, configure work orders, service appointments, territories, and scheduling policies, and integrate with ERP, HRMS, CRM using REST/SOAP APIs.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of Salesforce experience, strong Apex, LWC, Aura components, and a proven track record in delivering scalable field service deployments in large enterprises.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce experience with FSL in enterprise environments.
• Proficient in designing and configuring Service Cloud and FSL modules.
• Strong integration skills via REST/SOAP and data migration experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions to support field operations.
• Configure and manage Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources, Territories, and Scheduling Policies.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura Components, and Flows.
• Configure Workforce Management, Dispatcher Console, and Mobile App capabilities.
• Implement optimization strategies for scheduling and resource allocation.
• Integrate FSL with ERP, HRMS, CRM, and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Customize Service Cloud and FSL functionalities to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Apex.
• Perform data migration, deployment, testing, and production support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solution recommendations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring application performance and reliability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and release activities.
