Unichem Laboratories Ltd. is seeking Production Associates for its API manufacturing plant in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh. You will operate and monitor reactors, centrifuges, filters and dryers, ensuring batch records and SOPs are followed.

The role requires 1–3 years in API/pharma manufacturing, knowledge of cGMP and safety practices, and the willingness to work in shifts. You will collaborate with QC/QA/Engineering to maintain compliant, efficient production operations.

Responsabilités

• Carry out API manufacturing activities as per approved BMRs and SOPs.
• Handle and monitor manufacturing equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, filters, dryers, and other process equipment.
• Perform charging, material transfer, filtration, drying, and other unit operations as per process requirements.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety guidelines, and plant procedures.
• Maintain batch records, equipment usage logs, and other production documentation.
• Perform equipment and area cleaning, line clearance, and housekeeping activities.
• Coordinate with QC, QA, and Engineering teams for smooth production operations.
• Follow EHS requirements and ensure safe handling of chemicals and raw materials.

Job Description

Unichem Laboratories Ltd. is looking for Production Associates for its API manufacturing plant at Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical API manufacturing, with knowledge of production operations, GMP practices, and safety procedures.

Role & responsibilities

• Carry out API manufacturing activities as per approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Handle and monitor manufacturing equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, filters, dryers, and other process equipment.
• Perform charging, material transfer, filtration, drying, and other unit operations as per process requirements.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety guidelines, and plant procedures.
• Maintain batch records, equipment usage logs, and other production documentation.
