Lancesoft in Chennai is seeking an experienced Physical Test Engineer to lead automotive physical testing and validation activities. You will set up tests, collect data, analyze results and report findings to cross-functional teams.

The role requires hands-on testing of automotive systems and components, strong root-cause analysis, and close collaboration with design and development teams. Immediate availability is preferred; drive location Coimbatore may be involved.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify test failures and support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Prepare test reports and maintain testing documentation.
• Coordinate with design, development and validation teams to resolve test-related issues.
