Job summary

Darshan Bafna Studio in Hubli, Karnataka, is seeking a Photo Editor (Lightroom + Adobe Creative Suite) to backup photoshoot data, organize files, and apply editing briefs.

You will edit, colour-correct and retouch using Lightroom and Photoshop, maintain consistency in colour and skin tones, and deliver high-resolution and web-ready files within deadlines. Portfolio-driven candidates welcomed.

Role & Responsibilities

• Back up photoshoot data safely and maintain proper file organisation.
• Organise, rename and manage image files according to the studio workflow.
• Understand the editing and retouching brief for each project.
• Edit, colour‑correct and retouch photographs using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Maintain consistency in colour, skin tones and overall image quality.
• Prepare final high-resolution and web‑ready deliverables.
• Complete assigned projects within the required timelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom.
• Good understanding of colour correction, retouching and image finishing.
• Strong attention to detail and file organisation.
• Self‑motivated and willing to learn new techniques and skills.
• Able to understand creative briefs and follow the studio's editing style.
• Responsible, organised and able to meet deadlines.
• Previous photography or photo‑editing experience is preferred, but candidates with a strong portfolio and willingness to learn may also apply.
• Hands‑on training in professional photo editing and post‑production.
