• Patient Identification & Safety: Verify patient identity, ensure labeling accuracy, follow infection control.
• Sample Management: Handle sample collection, processing, and timely transport to lab with accurate data logging.
• Customer Service: Provide professional, compassionate care during home visits and maintain confidentiality.
