Job summary

Sri Guru Harkrishan Sahib Charitable Eye Hospital Trust invites applications for a Pediatric Surgeon. The role involves admission, consultation, and comprehensive clinical assessments for pediatric patients.

The candidate will provide OPD/IPD and emergency services, with exposure to neonatal surgeries, congenital anomalies, and a wide range of abdominal procedures. Preference will be given to candidates with MCh in Pediatric Surgery and proven experience in pediatric surgical care.

Qualifications

• MCh in Pediatric Surgery required.
• Experience in pediatric surgical care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admission of the patient.
• Clinical consultation.
• Clinical assessments.
• OPD, IPD, Emergency services.
• Surgical procedures including neonatal surgery (ARM/TEF, CDH, Ladd's procedure).
• Laparoscopic cholecystectomy and other abdominal surgeries.
• Management of acute abdomen and bowel emergencies.
• Handling of congenital anomalies and pediatric trauma.
• Emergency laparotomy for bowel perforation, strangulation, or intussusception.
