Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Kolkata invites an experienced Oracle EBS SCM Technical Consultant to join our delivery teams. You will work on Oracle EBS SCM and Discrete Manufacturing modules, with strong PLSQL, Forms, XML Publisher, and APEX skills, and exposure to REST APIs and web services.

The role involves handling production support tickets, RCA analysis, resolving incidents, and leading Major Incidents to ensure minimal downtime and robust solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS SCM and Discrete Manufacturing modules.
• Proficient in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, XML Publisher, and APEX.
• Experience with REST APIs and web services.

Responsibilities

• Handle production support tickets, perform RCA, and resolve problem tickets.
• Lead Major Incidents to ensure quick restoration and robust solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely delivery.
