First thing is 12 hrs of working is mandatory. There is no respect for Management staff with low level engineers.it is divided into management staff and union employees. management has given full rights to the union employees.There is respect for Management staffs from seniors and union employees. They are with bad behaviours like scolding bad words to juniors and thinking they are superiors. Even who are all in higher positions are very disrespectful.
