Job Overview

Gideon Automotive Industries is inviting applications for the position of Production Trainee / Associate at our Vengaivasal facility. We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic freshers across various educational backgrounds to join our automotive manufacturing team.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualifications: ITI, Diploma, or BE (Bachelor of Engineering)
• Experience: Freshers Welcome (No prior experience required)
• Age Limit: 18 to 32 years
• Gender Preference: Male & Female (Both eligible)
• Key Skills Required: Basic understanding of production processes, team player, and willingness to learn.

Stipend & Allowances

Education LevelMonthly Stipend (Including DBT)

Shift Timings & Working Hours

• General Shift: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
• Rotational Shifts:

• Shift 2: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day assembly line and production operations.
• Operate machinery and equipment as guided by senior supervisors.
• Maintain quality standards for finished goods and components.
• Adhere strictly to shop-floor safety regulations and workplace standards.

Additional Information

• Uniform & Safety Shoes: Provided after completion of 1 month of service.
• Medical Exam: Not required prior to joining.
• Overtime (OT): Not available.
