Aakash Health Care in Delhi is seeking a dedicated nurse to provide direct patient care in a hospital setting. You will monitor vital signs, administer treatments, and maintain thorough clinical documentation, while collaborating with doctors and the care team.

The role requires registration with the Delhi Nursing Council, completion of GNM or B.Sc. Nursing, and willingness to work in rotational shifts including nights.

Formación

• GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration with Delhi Nursing Council (DNC) is mandatory.
• Relevant clinical experience in a hospital setting is preferred; senior-level responsibilities may be considered.
• Knowledge of patient assessment, medication administration, infection control, and emergency response.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and patient-handling skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to patients following hospital protocols and clinical standards.
• Monitor and record vital signs, assess patient conditions, and promptly report changes.
• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and prescribed treatments as per policies.
• Maintain accurate nursing records, patient charts, and clinical documentation.
• Assist doctors during procedures, examinations, and emergency interventions.
• Follow infection prevention and patient safety protocols.
• Ensure proper handover during shift changes.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain patient confidentiality, dignity, and professional nursing standards.
• Support junior nursing staff and ensure compliance with hospital policies.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Registration: Valid registration with the Delhi Nursing Council (DNC) is mandatory.
• Experience: Relevant clinical experience in a hospital setting is preferred; candidates with suitable experience may be considered for senior-level responsibilities.
• Clinical Skills: Knowledge of patient assessment, medication administration, infection control, and emergency response.
