Tata Consultancy Services in Kolkata invites experienced STIBO STEP MDM Developers to join for a walk-in intake. The role focuses on configuring, developing, and integrating STIBO STEP MDM/PIM solutions to ensure high-quality master data across enterprise domains.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in IT with hands-on STIBO STEP MDM/PIM experience, strong data modeling and integration skills, and familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD processes. Walk-in on 25-July-26.

Qualifications

• Must have total 5+ years in IT and hands-on experience as STIBO STEP MDM/PIM Developer.
• Proficient in configuring STEP Inbound (IIEP) and Outbound (OIEP) integration endpoints, workflows, and data rules.
• Strong experience with XML, JSON, XSLT, and REST/SOAP web services for MDM/PIM integrations.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases for data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Good understanding of MDM/PIM concepts across product, customer, supplier, or location domains.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines for STEP deployment.
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and privacy/compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA).

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and integrate STIBO STEP Master Data Management (MDM)/PIM solutions to support high-quality, trusted master data across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with data stewards and business teams to implement data models, rules, and workflows.
• Develop and maintain data integration endpoints and monitoring for reliable data syndication.

Role Summary

The STIBO MDM Developer is responsible for configuring, developing, and integrating STIBO STEP Master Data Management (MDM) / PIM solutions to support high-quality, trusted master data across the enterprise.

Required skills

• Must have total 5+ years in IT and hands-on experience working as a STIBO STEP MDM/PIM Developer on production implementations.
• Strong hands-on expertise in STIBO STEP – data modeling, workflows, business rules, business actions, privilege rules, Web UI configuration, and STEP Workbench.
• Proficient in configuring STEP Inbound (IIEP) and Outbound (OIEP) Integration Endpoints, background processes, and event processors.
• Strong experience with XML, JSON, XSLT, and REST/SOAP web services for MDM/PIM integrations.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases for source data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Good understanding of MDM/PIM concepts – data modeling, hierarchies, classifications, match & merge, survivorship, syndication, and data stewardship – across product, customer, supplier, or location domains.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines for STEP configuration deployment and integration components.
