Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Kolkata invites STIBO MDM Developer to join Walk-In on 25-July-26. You will configure, develop, and integrate STIBO STEP MDM/PIM solutions to ensure high-quality master data across product, customer, and supplier domains.

Role requires 5+ years IT experience with STIBO STEP MDM/PIM, data modeling, workflows, and REST/SOAP integrations. You will work with cloud platforms and CI/CD, implement data governance, and ensure privacy/compliance.

Qualifications

• Total 5+ years in IT and hands-on STIBO STEP MDM/PIM development.
• Experience configuring STEP Inbound (IIEP) and Outbound (OIEP) integration endpoints.
• Proficient in JavaScript for STEP Business Rules and Java for custom extensions.
• Experience with XML, JSON, XSLT, and REST/SOAP web services for MDM/PIM integrations.
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.
• Understanding of MDM/PIM data modeling, hierarchies, classifications, match & merge, survivorship.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD for STEP deployment.
• Familiar with data governance and privacy/compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA).

Role Summary

The STIBO MDM Developer is responsible for configuring, developing, and integrating STIBO STEP Master Data Management (MDM) / PIM solutions to support high-quality, trusted master data across the enterprise.

Required skills

• Must have total 5+ years in IT and hands-on experience working as a STIBO STEP MDM/PIM Developer on production implementations.
• Strong hands-on expertise in STIBO STEP - data modeling, workflows, business rules, business actions, privilege rules, Web UI configuration, and STEP Workbench.
• Proficient in configuring STEP Inbound (IIEP) and Outbound (OIEP) Integration Endpoints, background processes, and event processors.
• Solid programming skills in JavaScript (for STEP Business Rules) and Java for custom extensions, plugins, and integration components.
• Strong experience with XML, JSON, XSLT, and REST/SOAP web services for MDM/PIM integrations.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases for source data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Good understanding of MDM/PIM concepts - data modeling, hierarchies, classifications, match & merge, survivorship, syndication, and data stewardship - across product, customer, supplier, or location domains.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines for STEP configuration deployment and integration components.
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and privacy/compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA).
