Job summary

PENN Engineering in Bangalore, India is seeking a JD Edwards Business Systems Analyst to bridge business operations and IT for the EnterpriseOne ERP platform.

You will analyze business processes, configure JD Edwards modules, perform testing, troubleshoot issues, and deliver end-user training, while partnering with developers on orchestrator workflows and ensuring data integrity across the system.

This is a full-time role requiring 3–5 years of hands-on JDE experience in ERP environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience.
• Proficiency in JD Edwards modules (Manufacturing or Distribution preferred).
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes and cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience with JD Edwards tools such as BI Publisher, Orchestrator Studio, or UDO framework is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
