Job summary

Meadowlark Healthcare in Pune invites applications for an IPD Billing executive responsible for hospital billing, insurance verification, cashless requests, and claim documentation. Night shifts are mandatory on a rotating basis.

The candidate will coordinate with TPAs, prepare final bills, follow up on approvals, and maintain confidential patient information while ensuring timely, accurate billing.

Responsibilities

• IPD Billing in the hospital (Night shift is required)
• Verify insurance details and patient documents
• Process cashless/pre-authorization requests
• Coordinate with TPAs and insurance companies for approvals
• Prepare and verify insurance/final bills
• Collect and submit required claim documents
• Follow up on pending approvals, queries, and claims
• Coordinate with doctors and other departments for required documents
• Inform patients/attendants about insurance-related requirements and payable amounts
• Maintain records of submitted, pending, rejected, and settled claims
• Coordinate with Finance for claim settlement and reconciliation
• Ensure accurate and timely billing
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and insurance information

Minimum Exp: 1 year to 5 years
