Job summary

Intas in Ahmedabad is seeking an experienced production operator for OSD manufacturing. You will operate RMG, FBD, blenders, compression and coating machines, ensuring setup, operation, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting are performed to specification.

You must follow SOPs and BMRs, log activities, and maintain data integrity while complying with cGMP and EHS standards. Candidates should have 3–7 years of hands-on OSD experience, with teamwork and strong documentation practices.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in OSD pharmaceutical production.
• Hands-on experience with OSD equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate OSD manufacturing equipment (RMG, FBD, blenders, compression and coating machines).

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Operate OSD manufacturing equipment such as:
• Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG)
• Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD)
• Blenders
• Compression Machines
• Coating Machines
• Perform equipment setup, operation, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs)
• Record all production activities accurately in logbooks and batch records
• Ensure adherence to cGMP, EHS, and data integrity requirements
• Carry out in-process checks as per defined parameters
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Warehouse teams
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the production area
• Support validation, qualification, and audit activities
• Report deviations, breakdowns, and abnormalities to supervisors
• Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished products

Educational Qualification

• B. Pharma/Diploma /ITI
• Relevant technical training in pharmaceutical manufacturing is an advantage

Experience

• 03 to 07 years of experience in OSD pharmaceutical production
• Hands-on experience with OSD equipment is preferred
