Job Description

Upstream Production

• Hands-on experience in fermentation (microbial/mammalian)

• Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques

• Operation of centrifugation, TFF, homogenization

• Filter integrity testing, media preparation, autoclaving, and CGMP practices

Downstream Production

• Proficient in chromatography operations, column packing/unpacking

• Skilled in TFF operations, buffer/media prep, autoclave/DHS operations

• Experience in QMS handling, audit compliance, CFT interaction, and regulatory audits
