About University Veterinary Hospital

Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (KVASU), established under the Government of Kerala, invites applications for the temporary engagement of eligible candidates for the following contractual posts at the Karshakamithra Medical Store, University Veterinary Hospital, Kokkalai. These appointments are purely on a time-bound basis for a maximum duration of one year.

1. Post: Pharmacist

• Number of Posts: 01 (Open Category)

• Qualification:

  • Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharm) or its equivalent

  • Registration with Kerala State Pharmacy Council

• Contract Pay: Up to ₹25,750/- per month

• Walk-in Interview Time: 2:00 PM

2. Post: Pharmacy Assistant

• Number of Posts: 01 (Open Category)

• Qualification:

  • Pre-Degree / Plus Two / VHSE

  • Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharm)

• Contract Pay: Up to ₹19,310/- per month

• Walk-in Interview Time: 12:00 PM

General Terms & Conditions

• Engagement is purely on a daily wage basis for a maximum of one year.

• Selected candidates must execute an agreement on stamp paper with the University.

• No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.

• No claim for regular appointment in KVASU or any government institution shall be entertained.

• Recruitment will be conducted in accordance with G.O (P) No.54/2025/Fin Dated 19.04.2025.

• The selection process, including shortlisting, will be as per decision of the Selection Committee.

• Reservation rules will be followed as per Government norms.

• Candidates must carry original certificates and one set of self-attested copies of all relevant documents.
