About ACTREC

The origins of the Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research, and Education in Cancer (ACTREC) trace back to the Indian Cancer Research Centre (ICRC), established in 1952 in Parel, Mumbai, under the auspices of the Ministry of Health, Government of India. In 1966, ICRC underwent a name change to become the Cancer Research Institute (CRI) and was merged with the Tata Memorial Hospital (TMH), forming the first comprehensive cancer center in India known as the Tata Memorial Centre (TMC). This establishment operates as an autonomous grant-in-aid institution under the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE), Government of India.

Overview

An outsourced contractor for manpower services is seeking qualified pharmacists for placement on contract at Tata Memorial Centre- ACTREC, located in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.

Essential Qualification & Experience

• Qualification: Candidates must have completed SSC (Secondary School Certificate) along with a 2-year Diploma in Pharmacy. Additionally, they should have undergone 3 months of training in Pharmacy and hold registration with either the Central or State Pharmacy Council, possessing a duly allotted Registration Number.
• Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in a hospital or dispensary setting is required. Experience working with computerized systems is desirable.
• Age Limit: Applicants should be up to 30 years old, although this requirement may be relaxed based on experience.

Duration

The duration of the contract is set for 6 months, with the possibility of extension as per organizational requirements.

Salary

The salary offered for this position ranges from Rs. 23,800/- to Rs. 35,000/- per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
